Welcome to the February 2023 construction update for Treetops at Kenmore where we give you a behind the scenes look at how construction is progressing at one of Kenmore’s most exciting new communities.
The dry weather in February has allowed Creation Projects to make significant progress with the construction of the townhouses in Stage 1.
Six townhouses in Stage 1 now have their third story frames erected with roofs to be installed over the coming weeks. Additionally, concrete slabs are being poured for the balance of the 18 townhouses in Stage 1 with frames to be installed later this month.
March will see many more frames being installed onsite and the completion of civil works for stage 2 by the middle of the month. Civil works are also due to be completed for Stage 3 by the end of March.
With Stage 1 sold out and only a few town homes remaining in Stage 2, don’t miss out on the final release at Treetops Kenmore – Stage 3, The Pinnacle!
Treetops is positioned at the pulsing heart of Kenmore with major parks, Kenmore Village Shopping Centre, restaurants, public transport and child care all within walking distance.
A large selection of well established schools and colleges, medical centres, sports clubs, shopping centres and the iconic Kenmore Tavern are all within a few kilometres.
